Policies
Appointments:
If you are considering an aesthetic procedure, your first step will be a consultation with our physician or nurse. Based on your skin, we can determine which services are right for you. We offer flexible and late hours for your convenience. Initial consultations are $25. This fee will be applied to procedures performed the same day of the consultation.

What to expect at check-in:
We have scheduled our services allowing the correct time for each treatment. We recommend that you arrive at least fifteen minutes early for all procedures requiring anesthesia.

Hours of Operation and Scheduling:
Our hours of operation are Tuesday - Friday, from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm and Saturdays by appointment. We will make every attempt to accommodate requests for a particular procedure date. Consultations and treatments can be arranged after hours if needed.

Cancellation Policy:
A scheduled appointment at Elysian Med Spa reserves the time of our professionals. We appreciated at least 24 hours advance notice if you should need to reschedule. Thank you for your consideration.

Late Arrival Policy:
We ask that you notify us, if possible, if you expect that you will be arriving late.

Payment Policy:
We accept personal checks, MasterCard, Discover, Visa and American Express.

Refund Policy:
Due to health concerns, products may not be returned or refunded. We charge a $30 fee for returned checks. Refunds are not permitted on service packages. We recommend that you try a single treatment before purchasing a package. We will apply the purchase price of a single treatment to your package price.
